Tortilla Pizza


INGREDIENTS:

Gluten-free Corn tortillas, pasta sauce, arugula, mushroom, black olives, pineapple chunks, seasonings to taste.

 RECIPE:

Step 1

Spread pasta sauce on one tortilla, then lay another on top and spread more sauce on the top tortilla.  Place toppings begining with arugula, mushroom slices, olives, pineapple chunks, and lastly sprinkle with seasonings of your choice (we used sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder, parsley).

Step 2

In a preheated 350° F oven, bake for about 15-20 min.
