Vegetable Teriyaki Stir Fry


Sliced mushrooms, chopped bok choy, chopped baby corn, chopped celery, broccoli florets, shredded carrots, diced scallion, sliced onion, sliced different color bell peppers, edamame, broccoli sprouts, lemon, peanuts, soy sauce, sriracha sauce, ginger, minced garlic, sesame seeds, red wine vinegar, season salt, olive oil. 

All ingredients according to one’s appetizing preference and discretionary amount.


Step 1

Heat oil in a big skillet, preferable a wok, and sauté ingredients separately by group according to tenderness (broccoli and onions first), lightly seasoning each batch as you go along, making sure not to overcook and over season.
