30 minute Cardio Routine
This quick 30+ minute cardio sweat session is more intense than it appears. I love cardio, and I’m always motivated and empowered after one of these sessions. Perhaps the combination of good music and detoxification is what positively impacts my mind and body. Regardless, when you just want to sweat it out, give this routine a try. 10 minutes Jogging, 0.5 minute break; 10 minutes Jump Rope, 0.5 minute break; 10 minutes Jumping Jacks, and you’re finished. Don’t think about it just do it, and you’ll be oh so happy you did. (N.b. Be sure to obtain medical advice prior to starting a new fitness regimen.)
