This recipe is my tastiest, hands down, full stop! I don’t even have a name for it, so we’ll just call it the Goat. Honestly, I’m not really sure if it’s the silkiness of the cassava (yuca) flour, or the well-seasoned, smokey walnut- meat, that did me in. Being gluten-free, vegan, and darn right unbelievably delicious, this meal is enough of a win to stand on its own, even without a name.
