What I eat in a day Nov 10, 2019 | Quinoa Salad


INGREDIENTS:

½ C Quinoa, 1 C water, Drew’s Organic Smoked Tomato Dressing to taste, shredded: carrots, onion, garlic, different color bell peppersqu, scallion, green beans, kale, 1 small avocado.  

RECIPE:

Step 1

Boil one part Quinoa to two parts water until mostly dried out, then cover and leave on low flame until totally cooked.

Step 2

Sauté remaining ingredients and season to taste. 

Step 3

Dish out Quinoa in a bowl and mix with sautéed ingredients. 

Garnish with avocado wedges.
