Fried Vegan Mozzarella Cheese Sticks


Daiya Mozzarella cheese sticks, olive oil, chickpea flour, vegetable broth, garlic powder, Sazón Tropical seasoning, black pepper, or any seasonings of your taste.


Step 1  

While you are heating a fair amount of oil in a skillet, mix the chickpea flour with the seasonings and just a reasonable amount of vegetable broth so as to make a light batter.

Step 2

Carefully dip each cheese stick in the batter so as to get a proper coating on all sides, then fry till golden brown.
