Tofu Scramble


TOFU SCRAMBLE

INGREDIENTS:

14 Oz Firm tofu, 1 small tomato, 2 chopped stalk scallion, 1 small onion, generous amount of diced bell peppers, dash of garlic powder, dash of turmeric, dash of black pepper, dash of season all, dash of salt.

ADDITIONAL INGREDIENTS;

Gluten-free Corn tortilla, hummus of choice

RECIPE:

Step 1

In a skillet over high heat, sauté vegetables, then add crumbled tofu and seasonings.  Fry to desired consistency.

Step 2

Spread hummus over a warm tortilla, and top with tofu scramble.
